WTRO was located on Masonic Street in Dyersburg next to the Cordell Hull Hotel, now the Security Bank building. WDSG was in the Dyersburg State Gazette building on North Mill Avenue. WTRO later moved to the north side of town on St. John and WDSG built a new studio on the bypass.

FLASHBACK to the 60's on WDSG 1450

WDSG AM 1450 went on the air in the fifties and was Dyersburg's only rsdio station untill 1958 when WTRO 1330 went on the air. WDSG went off the air in the late eighties and was purchased by WTRO, now using the 1450 kc frequency with more power and day/night operation. Gee!
